Slow Carb Diet Meal

To improve health, cut my sugar intake and calories, thus reduce my weight I decided to try out the Slow Carb Diet, of which I eat only proteins and vegetables consistently, 6 days a week with Saturdays being my cheat day, in which I can eat as much junk as I want, which should supposedly spike my metabolism I believe, to help weight loss. Anyway, here is one meal sample which consists of chicken breasts, seasoned to perfection -jerk style and cabbage and green beans and corn. In the first week, which is how long it lasted, I felt great, more energetic, light on my feet, and I noticed about 1.5 lbs lost, but life has it’s way of interrupting diets… I will soon get back on the ball… Oh and don’t forget to exercise!
